Cancellation Policy

To avoid any confusion in the event of a change to your reservation, please review the our policy on cancellations before booking your spots.  Thank you. 

• All reservations must be secured with a major credit card. With the exception of group reservations, your creditcard is not charged at the time of registration unless there is less than one to the date of the class. 
• You may cancel your reservation for food classes and wine tastings up to one week prior to the event.  You may cancel your reservation for bus trips up to two weeks prior to the event.
• Cancellation with less than the required notice will result in forfeiture of the class fee.
• Group reservations (5 or more persons) must be paid for at the time of the registration. Cancellations of any group reservation will result in forfeiture of the class fee.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, occasions may arise that require Carlow Cookery to cancel or reschedule classes. Participants will be offered a full refund in these situations.
  

Please keep in mind that we try to keep an active list of alternates for the classes.  If you cancel with less than the required notice we will try to find a replacement for you.  If we do, you will receive a credit to future classes.  You are also welcome to send someone in your place on any event.

Booking a Class/Paying with Gift Certificate

If you would like to attend a class and pay by gift certicate you can do one of the following:

• Call the store at 215-489-2677 and confirm the class.  We require that you provide name, phone number and credit card.  Bring the gift certificate with you on the night of the class. The card will be charged in the event that you do not attend the class.
• Bring your gift certificate and register at the store.

Instructors/Recipes

• We do our best to keep to the instructors and recipes listed on the class brochure but changes may occur as the schedule progresses.
