Shipping
Except as noted for individual items, Carlow Cookery ships products within the U.S. via UPS or US Priority Mail. You have the option of Ground, 3-Day. 2-Day or 1-Day delivery. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed to residential addresses. Products are normally shipped within 2 business days after we receive your order. If shipping will be delayed, we will contact you by email.
Shipping times cannot include Saturday or Sunday, so keep this in mind in the shipping delivery calculation.
At Carlow Cookery we know how important it is for you to receive you package promptly and in good condition. We will do our best to make sure orders ship the next business day. If there will be any delay in shipping all or part of an order we will contact you via email.

Keep in mind shipping times exclude weekends and holidays and for shipments made to the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may vary. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may limit options.

Special shipping charges may apply with orders that involve certain products or that exceed $1000. We will contact you by email before shipping if any additional charges apply.
Orders from any other country must pay with a certified check
drawn from a US bank. Payments should be sent with a copy of

Returns
Full refund will be offered to all unused items returned within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and accompanied by store receipt. All food and discounted items are sold on a non-returnable basis. If the return is because of an error on our part or a defective item, we will pay for shipping the returned item.

Your return must meet the following conditions:
* The item must be in original packaging
* It must be packaged well enough to prevent damage
* It must be shipped to us within 30 days from receipt
Please include a copy of your receipt. If your purchase was paid with
a credit card, a credit memo for that amount will be issued to your credit
card company. If paid by check, a refund check will be sent to you.
